Quotations, not listed prices
Product pages describe what we can source. They do not show a selling price and they are not an offer to sell at a fixed price. A contract is formed only when you accept a written quotation from us by WhatsApp or email.
Each quotation states the goods, quantity, price, currency, whether UAE VAT at 5% is included or added, delivery location, and how long the quotation remains valid. If a validity period is not stated, the quotation is valid for 7 days.
Orders and payment
Payment is by bank transfer, or by another method named on the quotation. We release goods after payment is received, unless we have agreed credit terms with you in writing.
Title in the goods stays with NashwaTech until we receive full payment. You must give an accurate delivery address and a contact person who can receive the shipment.
Delivery
Delivery dates on a quotation are estimates unless the quotation says a date is fixed. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the agreed address, or to the carrier you appoint.
For shipments outside the UAE, you are responsible for import permits and duties in the destination country unless the quotation says we will handle them. We provide the commercial documents listed in the quotation.
Product information and warranty
We describe products in good faith from manufacturer information. Specifications can change. The quotation and invoice identify the exact model you are buying. Manufacturer warranty applies for the period stated on the invoice, and we help you start a warranty claim.
Please inspect goods on delivery. Report visible damage or a short delivery within 48 hours, with photographs, to [email protected] or WhatsApp +971 50 448 1786.
Your rights, and our liability
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023, or Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on modern technology-based trade. Customers in other GCC states keep any mandatory local consumer rights that cannot be waived.
Where the law allows a limit, our liability for a supply is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This limit does not apply where UAE law does not allow it, including liability for defective goods that the consumer law requires us to remedy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. The courts of Ajman have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory right you have to bring a consumer claim in your own GCC country.
