This policy follows Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data in the UAE. If you are in another GCC country, you also keep any privacy rights that the law there says cannot be waived.

When you request a quotation, place an order, or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email, phone number, WhatsApp messages, delivery address, and the products you ask about.

We also keep records of quotations, invoices, payments and delivery so we can supply the goods and meet tax and commercial record-keeping duties in the UAE.

This website does not run advertising trackers. It only uses what the browser needs to load the pages.

We use this information to prepare quotations, confirm orders, arrange delivery and freight, provide after-sales support, and keep the invoices and records the law requires. We do not sell personal information.

We share details only with the parties needed to complete your order, such as delivery and freight partners, our bank for payment, and a manufacturer when a warranty claim requires it. We also disclose information when a competent authority in the UAE requires it.

We keep customer records in the UAE. If you ask us to deliver outside the UAE, the delivery address and contact details are shared with the carrier handling that shipment.

Quotation and invoice records are kept for as long as UAE commercial and tax rules require, and for the warranty period of the goods. You can ask us to correct inaccurate details, or to delete information we are not required to keep, by emailing [email protected].
